A 78-year-old female was referred to us with a large aortic arch aneurysm, of a maximal diameter of 66 mm. Her past medical history includes chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and a recent thorascopic segmentectomy. Due to this history, she was considered at high risk for an open repair.
